First Steps:
I require an initial consultation in your home so I may be introduced to your pet(s). At that time we can discuss your pet(s) individual needs, your expectations and Contented K9 policies.
If boarding, I require a meet and greet in my home with you and your dog.
References are happily provided.
Holidays:
I suggest you reserve your dates and times for pet care at least 2 weeks in advance with holiday bookings made 1-2 months to ensure availability.
